- National Award for Innovative Teaching Practices by NCERT in 1991
Our Founder & Director Principal Dr Mala Kapoor has been awarded the National Award for Innovative Teaching Practices by NCERT in 1991. This was followed by many firsts for the school.
- Best Integration of Technology in Education Award By INTEL
Our Dynamic Leader Dr. Kapoor, was the first to introduce Computers to schools in town. The School then went on to create formal textbooks for the subject under the name “Mouse Cap.” These books have been adopted by many schools as a part of their curriculum. INTEL recogized the school’s efforts and SLPS was awarded Best Integration of Technology in Education Award.
